CCL's strategic intent is to assist the growth of the local dairy industry, by developing local and overseas partnerships and customer bases that will source Australian dairy heifers, reared to meet specific protocols required by growing out younger calves for 12 months, and joining these to performance recorded bulls ensuring optimum milk production when the heifers are calved down under overseas conditions.

Quarantine Fencing (Current Ops)

In addition to holding a number of cattle for delivery to Wellards Rural Exports in late 2007, the Company is seeking further young dairy heifers for delivery to Wellards under the supply agreement it has executed with them.

A number of farms have been leased at Traralgon and Meeniyan in Gippsland, Victoria, to provide for the holding of cattle bought for export. With the input of the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service, Traralgon is currently being converted to a quarantine farm for cattle to be exported by the Company. Whilst further farms are sought for lease to increase the Company's holding capacity, agistment agreements have also been executed with a number of parties that provide the Company with the capability to agist a further 5,000 to 10,000 head of cattle.
