The Company is currently listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX code "CAC"). At the Directors request the Company was suspended from trading after selling its last operating business in 1999, making the Company effectively dormant up until development of the current business operations. Pending the Company complying with the requirements of the ASX Listing Rules, the Company proposes to relist after business activities are developed into a sustainable and ongoing business concern.
