Prospectus Registration

China Cattle Limited proposes to issue a prospectus in 2008 in relation to a proposed issue of ordinary shares. When that prospectus is issued it will be made available to those who have registered interest in subscribing for shares. To acquire shares under the prospectus, applicants will need to complete the application form that will be in the prospectus.
