When you register your interest in supplying us with cattle using our website contact details form, or by sending us an email, we receive and store your information. Until you fill out a contact details form or email us, your visit to the website does not personally identify you.
The only personal information we collect is that which you supply to us.

CCL uses the information you provide to contact you in regard to your desire to supply CCL with cattle, or any other purpose directly related to contacting you in regard to your desire to supply CCL with cattle that you would reasonably expect CCL to use or disclose the information.

After we have contacted you, and either before or after inspecting the cattle, we may disclose the personal information you have provided to the Holstein Friesian Association of Australia to check breeding and registration certificates.

In some circumstances we may be compelled by law to disclose personal information, for example, to disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies.

It is important to us that the information we maintain and use is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If at any time your personal details change, please let us know so we can update our records.

CCL respects your right to access personal information we hold about you. We will allow you to access your personal information unless we are entitled to deny access under the NPP's - for example, where the provision of access would be unlawful or would be likely to prejudice an investigation of possible unlawful activity.

The personal information is collected by us as an email or through the contact details function of our website. It is then stored electronically, or it may be printed and stored in our suppliers filing system in our Melbourne office.
CCL takes reasonable steps to protect personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
